You should be aware that the State of California has a program that supplies the hearing impaired with a FREE amplified phone to replace your land-line equipment.This program has been around since the 1970s, but was not publicized until recently.

There are two requirements to obtain one of these phones. First, you need to have your hearing loss certified. Second, you must have a land-line account with your telephone company. I will then select the most appropriate phone for you based on your degree of hearing loss and fax the information form to the state. You will receive your new telephone by US Mail or UPS in 7-10 working days. It couldn’t be simpler.
